For rings, we recommend measuring your finger using a printable ring sizer or visiting a local jeweler for the most accurate fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

For necklaces, 18 inches is the most versatile length and typically sits just below the collarbone. Shorter lengths create a closer fit, while longer lengths fall lower on the chest. Exact chain lengths are listed on each product page.

For bracelets, measure your wrist just below the wrist bone and add approximately half an inch for a comfortable fit.

No. Eligible international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means customs duties and import fees are covered before delivery. If you have questions about shipping availability or eligibility for DDP delivery in your region, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Yes! Clarivon ships internationally.

International delivery times typically range from 7–14 business days after processing, depending on destination.

We are proud to say that shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8.99 per order, no matter your location or order size.

The only exception is that shipping is free on orders over $100!

Returns and claims are accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

All claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be fully submitted within 30 days of delivery in order to be eligible for review and resolution.

Every piece in the Clarivon Collection is handcrafted by skilled artisans using a blend of traditional craftsmanship and precision manufacturing. Core processes like stone setting and forming are done by hand, while certain finishing steps — including gold plating, stone cutting, and metal cutting — use machinery to ensure consistent quality across every piece. The result is jewelry that carries the care of handcraft with the reliability of a controlled manufacturing standard.

The Clarivon Collection is crafted using sterling silver, 18k gold-plated stainless steel, 18k gold-plated eco-brass, and features cubic zirconia and moissanite stones. Sterling silver is used across our collections for its lasting quality and clean finish. Our gold-plated pieces use either stainless steel or eco-brass as the base metal, both finished with 18k gold plating for a warm, rich tone. Moissanite is reserved for select pieces where a higher level of brilliance and durability is desired. Every material used in the Clarivon Collection is selected for its durability, comfort, and long-term wear.

Pieces are carefully presented in premium branded packaging designed to protect the jewelry during transit while creating a clean and elevated unboxing experience. Depending on the order, packaging may include a branded jewelry box or pouch, protective wrapping, and/or care materials

Absolutely. Moissanite is a genuine lab-created gemstone known for its brilliance, durability, and clarity.

It measures 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale, making it highly resistant to scratching and suitable for long-term daily wear. Its light performance is exceptional, giving it a bright, refined appearance.

Proper storage and handling play the biggest role in preserving your jewelry over time. We recommend storing each piece separately to prevent chains from tangling and metals or stones from scratching against one another.

Jewelry should be removed before sleeping, exercising, or any activity involving repeated impact or pressure, as this can weaken clasps, bend settings, or stress delicate components over time.

For routine cleaning, use a soft dry cloth to gently remove surface oils and restore shine. If deeper cleaning is needed, lightly dampen the cloth with water and dry the piece immediately afterward. Avoid abrasive materials, polishing compounds, or ultrasonic cleaners on plated jewelry.

Moissanite and cubic zirconia stones may naturally collect residue over time, reducing brilliance temporarily. Gentle cleaning with a soft cloth will typically restore their appearance.

Gold-plated jewelry is designed to maintain its finish over time with proper care. Exposure to moisture, perfume, lotion, sweat, and harsh chemicals can accelerate wear, so we recommend removing pieces before showering, swimming, or exercising.

To preserve the finish:

That said, all jewelry experiences natural wear over time depending on exposure and use. To help preserve the finish and condition of your pieces, we recommend removing them before swimming, exercising, showering, or exposing them to harsh chemicals and moisture for extended periods.
